Five old-cut gemstones adorn this quintessential Victorian ring, beautifully made in 15ct gold with five Rubies mounted in a delicately carved scrolling gallery and plain shank. The centre Ruby measures 4mm and is flanked by two, 3.5x4mm Rubies and two, 4x3mm Rubies. Giving a total carat weight of around 0.70ct. The Rubies are a lovely fuchsia colour, they are hand cut gemstones and are not perfectly symmetrical, a couple have tiny flea bite chips on the girdles.
Hallmarked: Not hallmarks, tested as 15ct gold. Ruby is the traditional birthstone for July. Looks great worn as an engagement ring or stacked with other rings.
