Superb Large Vintage Or Antique Gold & Carved Moss In Snow Jade Jadeite Pendant

Beautiful vintage or antique oriental double sided carved jadeite pendant. This wonderful large example is carved and pierced to depict fruit and flowers and can be worn either way around. The jade is the valuable jadeite variety and the colour is called moss in snow, it is very attractive.

This is natural jade, it has not been treated or dyed in any way. The substantial loop has been tested to at least 9ct gold but it is not marked which is common in older pieces. This pendant looks good on shorter or longer chains. The condition is excellent, minor wear only from age and gentle use but no damage to note, no chips or cracks in the stone.
