The finely carved hardstone cameo displays a female profile, accented with an organic wreath in her long flowing hair. The oval shaped cameo is collet set in a square shaped 18K Yellow Gold frame ornamented with scrolling leaf decoration to the border, in addition to engraved scrolling designs to each corner. This antique Victorian cameo brooch secures to the reverse with a hinged pin and clasp. The brooch is hallmarked to the pin and catch with the French import mark for 18 K Gold (Owl).
