Antique Large Silver Mounted Beautiful Carved Cameo Brooch / Pendant. A beautifully detailed carved cameo depicting the head and shoulders of a young lady, the cameo is in a silver and marcasite brooch frame and also has a hanging loop so it can be worn on a chain as a pendant. There is a small bruise at the base of the frame but this is not particularly noticable and has been reflected in the asking price.

Stamped with the silver standard mark 835, probably continental in origin. The brooch measures 53mm by 41mm.
