Antique 9ct Gold Mounted Beautifully Carved Cameo Brooch. A lovely detailed oval shaped carved cameo depicting the head and shoulders of a classical young lady in a 9ct gold brooch mount. Stamped 9C on the inside of the pins hinge. The brooch measures 47mm by 39mm.
