Antique sterling silver carved cameo flower ring. Beautiful carved flowers on a lovely sterling silver ring shank, the carving is very finely detailed. It is unmarked but tested for silver. The head of the ring measures 2.4 cm in length x 1.6 cm wide. The total weight is approx 5.7 grams.
