The stems and finials are solid silver and other parts of the mounts are silvered alloy. This exquisite carving would be very difficult to replicate today. The similar pair measures 11.5 high and has solid silver mythological figures for stems and finials. The single coconut measures 7 high with silvered mounts and a Hindu sacred cow base.
